Management Accountant
£30,000 to £35,000 + Bonus + Study Support
Swindon / Hybrid 3 days office based – 2 days working from home.
I am currently recruiting a Management Accountant to work for a thriving business in Swindon.
Working in a friendly tenured team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller this is a varied role with scope for longer term progression in the company.
About the job:
- Responsible for maintaining the General Ledger
- Calculate, post & reconcile accruals, prepayments, intercompany balances, recharges, depreciation, forex revaluation
- Report daily and weekly sales margin reports
- Assist the FC with the preparation of the month end management reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and reforecast
- Assist with the year-end external audit and annual internal audit processes

About you:
- AAT Qualified or equivalent
- Previous accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Good communication skills – able to present finance data to non-finance staff
