I will work in partnership with you to ensure your internal recruitment activities endorse your positive company brand. I dedicate my time to ensuring that I provide a comprehensive shortlist of candidates so that you struggle to choose which one to hire. I do not send more than 6 CVs per role (unless requested). My aim is for you to interview candidates from a second stage perspective. The amount of groundwork I do will filter out unsuitable candidates.
