My track record

The longevity of my career in recruitment is based on my positive reputation and referrals from both candidates and clients.

I am a tenured Recruitment Specialist having worked in the industry for over twenty years. I joined Hays in the 1990s. I eventually became the Office Manager and was promoted to Regional Director, living on the motorway travelling between Bristol, Cardiff and Reading.

I joined RH in 2004 and in 12 months increased revenue by 84% and overall branch revenue to £1.6 million.

I was approached by my previous MD at Hays and returned to become the Office Manager of the Hays Swindon office. Over my five years as the Manager, I achieved revenue growth of 187% and cumulative office fees of £1.8 million. In 2017, I decided that I did not want to be a people manager of a large team so I resigned.

I was subsequently approached by the MD of Reed and launched their Finance specialism. I became the highest billing Manager in Reed Finance. Aged 51 years young, I decided to set up my own consultancy to focus upon building long term relationships with my candidates and clients.

What I offer is a recruitment solution that does not involve the hard sell/numbers game.

Outside of work, you’ll either find me in the gym, walking my dogs Cole and Jackson or trying to be the best mum to my boys Louie and Max. Other than that, I love visiting the countryside at the weekend with my husband in our beloved camper van, Viv.
